  Health care services are of the most important operations which are usually done inside teams. This paper aims at identifying and ranking the hospital teams' productivity indices. For this purpose, the effective factors that influence hospital teams' productivity have been identified through literature study as well as experts survey. These factors then have been reduced to 34 criteria using a screening approach and then categorized into 9 main groups. Internal relations among the factors have been examined using statistical tests. We proposed a new ANP-BWM approach combining the analytical network process (ANP) and best-worst method (BWM) to rank the factors. The proposed ranking approach can significantly reduce the number of pairwise comparisons in ANP method. Finally, in the case of Sadjad hospital, 12 nursing teams have been selected and investigated. Results show that “the quality of services” has the most and “the permanent employment” has the least impact on nursing teams’ productivity. Manuscript profile

  The different rate of having in factors, including natural, economic, social and political factors, causes or increases regional inequality. Attention to balanced and all-embracing development approach in the provinces, reducing inhomogeneity and inequality, and creating territorial justice, policy and planning for the realization of goals that vary with regard to the structural features, facilities and constraints of each province, requires studying and recognizing the characteristics of each province according to its position in the whole country. In this research, the status of different provinces of the country in the fileds of "social, cultural and economic", "economic and productive" and "infrastructure and technology" were reviewed and compared, in terms of development and progress, by K-means as one of the Clustering Analysis methods. The results of the ranking of the province indicate different positions of the provinces. By determining the level of progress of the province at the five levels, the priorities of the provinces are determined. For example, while the province of Isfahan is classified as a developd province for its infrastructure, it is a developing province in the economic and social indicators. Or Tehran province, while it is a developed province in the infrastructural and economic indicators, it is an undeveloped province, in the social indicators, at the same time. Manuscript profile

  Considering the balanced and comprehensive development of the provinces of the country, reducing heterogeneity and inequality, policy making and planning to achieve goals that vary according to the structural characteristics, facilities and constraints of each province, requires the study and recognition of the characteristics of each province according to its location in the whole system of the country. In this research, different provinces of the country have been ranked by the TOPSIS and SAW methods in the fileds of "social, cultural and political", "economic and production" and "infrastructure and technical". The results of the ranking of the provinces, indicate that the provinces have different positions. For example, the provinces of Semnan, Ilam and South Khorasan ranked first to third in the fileds of social, cultural and political issues, but the provinces of Fars, Mazandaran and Khorasan Razavi were top ranked in the fileds of economy and production, and the provinces of Isfahan, Mazandaran and Qom ranked first to third in terms of infrastructure and technical indicators.   Nima system is an integrated system of foreign exchange transactions. Nima is a platform system that has been designed and implemented with the aim of managing the foreign exchange market. In this system, on the supply side, exporters can sell the currency from their exports, and on the demand side, importers can request to buy foreign currency. Identifying effective actors in each of these markets can have a positive impact on the policies of the main market maker of this system, the central bank.Using social networks analysis (SNA) tools can be a good way to achieve this. Since in these networks each of the actors can only have one of the roles of "buyer" or "seller" and there is only the possibility of trading and communication with the opposite role, these networks can be called bipartite networks. As a result, the usual approaches to identifying effective actors for these networks will not be usable. In contrast to standard approaches, we used a weighted projection algorithm to solve this problem. After projectting each of the two networks of foreign exchange supply and demand, four new networks are created, including the network of seller-exporters, buyer exchange offices, buyer importers, and seller exchange offices. Then We will try to make a method to score and rank the nodes. As a result of the implementation of the algorithm, a ranking was provided for the nodes, based on which the node with the highest rank will be the most important node in our network. Finally, in order to make suggestions to the policymaker, by analyzing the results of the ranking, questions about effective market players were answered. Manuscript profile

  Objective: In today's competitive arena, all organizations need an effective performance evaluation system, so as to be able to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, human resources and processes. On the other hand, Chipboard has many applications in the construction industry, including cabinets, bedding and furniture, wooden doors except to anti-theft doors. In this industry, wood waste is used, which can be very useful and constructive for the country's economy. Therefore, improving the performance of this industry is very important both in terms of improving the economy of country and in terms of the companies included in this industry Methodology: . In this article, using the balanced scorecard approach, indicators in four perspectives (growth and learning, customer, internal and financial processes) were compiled and using a questionnaire and non-parametric Wilcoxon test with a marked rank, 27 indicators were approved out of 46 indicators. Then, the TOPSIS method was used to rank the approved indicators Conclusion: According to the research findings, the perspective of internal processes in chipboard industry is more important. Among the sub-criteria, the criteria of timely delivery of goods, compliance of employees' performance with regulations and instructions, service to the company's neighboring stakeholders and the level of employee satisfaction are very important in the performance of the chipboard industry.
